Complaint Review: Emarket Research Group - Incentive Reward Group

Emarketresearchgroup/Incentive Rewards Group has done the same thing to me as many of the things listed on the above comments. I was supposed to get an 40gb IPOD and completed my offers with no problem. I qualified, printed out the redemption form and sent it in to the address on the form. I then checked my status and for about 2 weeks it stated that they had received my request and were shipping my IPOD. Now, the site says that I have qualified and they have received nothing at all. I have to go through the entire process again and that means more weeks of dealing with these guys. I have tried to email them through their site about 5 times and have called them through the number given on this site, but no one has responded at all.

I will give them 4 more business days- until December 23rd and then I will be contacting the BBB in order to resolve this issue, or at least put their name on the list for bad business practices. How do you set up a business if you can't control emails and phone calls and suddenly change things that were already received. I am willing to wait the 6 weeks it takes to ship my IPOD, but when the status changes after 2 weeks of sitting there, it makes me a little uneasy. I'll post back to tell you if i get any info from them.
