3 months ago I took this company's lenghty survey and purchased product(s) from 7 partners (only required 6). I did this in November hoping to receive a $250 gift card so that my three year old daughter would have an extra special Christmas.

I am a skeptic and never would have taken their survey had I not been going through a tough financial period of my life. Only four of my purchases showed up on their tally, so I waited the 4-8 weeks (that they said it might take to register) before contacting them. It has been six weeks since I first contacted them and two weeks since I last sent them a registered letter.

They contacted my once after my first inquiry and said that they are working on it... but, what can the problem be?? I gave them physical proof of my purchases and still no resolution. Not only am I frustrated with this, but I believe I have spent more money than what the gift card is worth as I did not realize that I signed up for a couple of "auto-ship" programs. I am in the process of contacting the BBB in Southeast Florida @bbbsoutheastflorida.org.

We'll see where that gets me.

Gift Card Received

After several months of letters, faxes, emails, phone calls etc...I finally received my $250 Toys-R-Us gift card. Was it worth it? Well, I would do anything for my daughter and her 3rd birthday is in two weeks. Just in time! Good Luck to all with this frustrating process.

I faxed my information to the incentive reward center in Delray Beach, FL. Three hours later, I received a phone call informing me that my gift card would be in the mail within 2 business days. The BBB didn't help, I found the fax number through this web-site and followed up the way that others have here.

I hope I receive this card and my daughter will get some post-Christmas gifts. I'll keep you posted.
