Emarket research group Ripoff won't honor its terms for free gift certificate it is a scam Delray Beach Florida
I actually am listed as having met the required 6 offers but Company says Requirements not met. There was no gift certificate for $250 as promised. I reported them to the FTC but I need the website to report them in Florida.
