Complaint Review: EMarketResearchGroup

I own several website domains, and eMarket Research Group is using lists with harvested email addresses from websites and apparently domain records to illegally and continually cause their unsolicited offers to arrive in my mailbox.

I have used their unsubscription form to (attempt to) remove several of these email addresses, and now seem to be receiving MORE spam, including multiple copies of THEIR OFFERS, still months after unsubscribing.

Their unsubscription form also claims that they do not directly have control over these emails being sent -- it even goes one step further and says that to unsubscribe, you must authorize them to DISTRIBUTE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS to the SPAMMERS they supposedly have no control over!?!?!?

What a lame way to try and avoid responsibility. They of course DO HAVE DIRECT control over their SPAMMERS -- simply stop paying affiliates or stop using companies who are clearly spamming people.

But, that would be bad business for them, eh?
