 I am having extreme dealings with this Company and false promises made to me by outsourced Customer Service. I had purchased a Portable Dvd player from a Seller on EBay. When I received the item the owners manual for the Dvd player and Micro Usb cable and adapter cord were missing. This box was listed as new and was arrived to my home sales and unopened. I got in contact with Ematic to see if they would send me free of charge both missing items that were to be included and listed on the box and were promised to me the Consumer. After countless phone calls talking to outsourced non understanding individuals and many failed attempts to get this right I still have a brand new Dvd player which I can't enjoy as you have to charge it first with Usb cord which is missing. I cannot connect with any higher ups to talk this over with as I am bounced to these same outsourced individuals each time. I have at least 2 case numbers and empty rote promises. I can't understand why a known multi million dollar Company cannot satisfy my request for missing equipment which would cost them $10.00 at the high end to replace. Now it has become more of a principle issue although I would appreciate the missing equipment.

The final email to Customer Service I was told to furnish a receipt which I sent in an attachment July 13, 2017. I am waiting for them to respond with they cannot help me because it is a 3rd party purchase meaning it came from EBay. I am highly upset as a Consumer of their unethical treatment of me. This has been going on since June and I have not enjoyed my new purchase. We all know that you are to make the Consumer happy and make things right even at your cost. Which I would expect nothing less of a big Corporation such as Ematic. What really upsets me is their Customer Service as I can't penetrate the outsourced people working for the Ematic that in turn leaves me frustrated and angry and frankly helpless in rectifying this situation. I normally am a easy going person who gives what they promise and walks with honesty. MY word is my word! Ultimately all I want is the items promised me in the box.I feel I shouldn't have to "beg" for something which is the result of incompentancy on the way they packed their boxes and human error on their part. Please help me resolve this! And Ty for your time!
