Embarq Phone Company - Oan Services unauthorized charges to phone bill with embarq saying call them we can't help. Internet
$8.64 charge on bill from OAN. Called Embarq and was told it was the law to allow a third party to charge the bill and I would have to contact OAN for help. OAN is suppose to send a refund check and cancel their service I never asked for. The service was to be for free long distance calling in the US but I had two long distance charges on the same bill with a charge for both.
