Embarq ripoff phone company wants to charge me to block calls that are not intended for me. Tarboro North Carolina
I have been a customer of Embarq/ Sprint since March 2004. During this time I have received hundred's of phone calls from a collection agency looking for someone I do not know, who is using my phone number fraudulently, without my permission. I reported the problem to Embarq, who claims they will have to charge me an extra fee to block these calls. In their letter to me, Embarq states "Embarq is dedicated to responding to any problems or concerns our customer may encounter." This a bold-face lie, they are only dedicated to their brand of corporate greed. Why should I have to pay extra to block calls that are not intended for me?
