Embarq - Sprint ripoff Good service for a year then they oversold or wont repair equipment Nationwide
I dropped rr. january 2006, went totally to sprint with everything. Not many problems, consistent service with the high speed internet, which I chose the 5.0. speed.
All sprint and Embarq have to do is fix the problems!!! Speeds low or wont work at all. Then ignore people saying nothing wrong! This site sprint embarq need help http://www.dslreports.com/forum/clec,sprn
Integrity should be a major trait sprint embarq should have kept!
Im waiting a little longer then make decision go back to rr. that has hopefuly improved.
my account may not seem like alot to leave embarq, but many others will step up and demand to be treated like a human being not ignored or lied to, (JUST FIX THE PROBLEMS) Sprint we have in the past paid you plenty. Enough is Enough!
