Complaint Review: Embassy Suites Walnut Creek

I valet parked my vehicle at this hotel and when I returned to my vehicle was damaged. The valet parking employee damaged my car and I had to file a personal insurance claim for it because it is going to be a costly repair. When I attempted to handle this with the hotel management directly, I was ignored which shows management's complete lack of concern for the safety and of it's guests. Very surprised this hotel's lack of customer service, it doesn't exist! I will never be returning to this hotel due to fear of being injured or any more of my property being damaged.
