Ordered from EMBLHA, LLC e-oil and balm on line as promotional sample.  Used Cr Cd for shipping.  Looked for any language that said more would be sent unless notified, however the phone number was not connected.   I did not authorize another order beyond a sample yet received a $79.99 charge against my card and they did send an email notice of that.  When I called the customer service number that came with that email, a message said that was not a legitimate number.  I emailed the company to the e-address in the email to me cs@emblha.com)   When I tried to go online to emblha.com a Rip-Off Report popped up where someone else reported this same occurance by the same company.  I have called my crcd but have to wait for the charges to clear.  WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!

Sucked in to a fraudulent ad

I had the same issue with this company. Responded to an ad on Twitter claiming that the product was endorsed/sponsored by Montel Williams and that "satisfaction" was guaranteed. I have Multiple Sclerosis and always looking for help with pain, muscle spasms, etc. When I saw Montel's name, I immediately responded to the ad. I should have done more research. I was charged $79.99 and $69.99 for satisfaction guaranteed samples. Requested refunds for these charges numerous times over a 5 week period. However, I did not receive the refunds. This company is a total fraud. Do not be sucked in!! I feel like an idiot for being influenced by fraud advertising. Do not make the same mistake!!

The fraud continues...

Since I posted this I  have been charged an additional $69.99...apparently for the EZZZY Balm, but it and the e-oil are listed as different names on my cr cd acct.  Today, I received another billing for "Essential Oils" for $79.99.  Stiil yet, neither the customer service email nor the original phone number works.  it is only getting worse, so all the information is being sent to my credit card co.
