I have a credit card with the above named company. My payment was late and was advised by them that this was so. I have since set up payment through my bank and have advised said company of this. Was told that a week was to far in advance to make any comments in my record so that I would be receiving phone calls everyday from company, requesting same info. On the third day I had enough. Advised company that a payment would be made on friday and that if they called again I would report them for harrassement. Was told that they were not harrassing me and that they could not take my name out of their "cue" that I would continue to get phone calls from them until they received payment.

Again advised caller if I received one more call I would report them. The calls stop for 2 days, then received a phone call this morning at 8:09 am!!
