I bought a single head embroidery machine from this company in August of 2022. It came with a 1 year warranty. I took delivery of the machine in early September 2022. After running it for 3 months it broke down in December 2022. I called them for assistance. I sent them 3 circuit boards and 2 motors from the machine, but was told they could not duplicate the malfunction on their machine. I then told them they need to swap the machine with another machine for me since it is under warranty. They refused. They also sent back the boards and motors I sent to them. Joshua Paschal is the owner and after doing some research I discovered from some reputable technicians I use that he is a terrible business person. I have a machine I cannot use that is under warranty and they refuse to honor it. I will never do business with these crooks again! I have contacted my lawyer for further action. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
