For the benefit of all who are working with this company specially the laborers who's in shifting period are treated very unequal in regards of their salary. I can't tell the real me for safety purposes please bear with me.

You can examine it on their payroll as it was only computed by paper and pencil. Instead of rounding up, it rounds down all totalities including night differentials, overtime, undertime and some other categories which bothers every employees' mind so that they might not ask any difference and recomputing. Since these employees don't fininsh college, the administration handles them unfairly as they didn't notice. Some softwares also are found to be pirated, just check on that also. The location of the place were very unhealthy to those who work due to huge collection of garbage out side.

They hired a person who will train for them for basic computer literacy as they requested and because it was one of the administrative staffs' friend, the training costs for only 7,500PhP for the 4 persons.

This includes the course outline: Introduction to computers (Hardware & Software), Basic Microsoft Windows/Word/Excel/Powerpoint and free basic internet and telecom tutorial. All lessons come up with exercises and reviwers. Since the person who used to train was just recommended by one of the employees, he does a simple proposal to make it formal to present it to the company's general manager Alaric Sy.

Mr. Alaric Sy did not sign the agreement to pay 7,500 and he require for an immediate training without any downpayment to the person in concern. Unfair to the trainer because he is not a registered company to train, as was only recommended to lessen the budget for the training, he was only paid 5,000PhP.

In accordance to the trainer who is very much disappointed to trust that company and without an assistance from the recomendee itself since she was also a chinese, really unfair to his side. The trainer didn't really take time to argue with the unsigned proposal and the delay of the payment because he trusted the friend who recommended. Also unfair to the organization of the trainer that provide the manuals and the training procedures. In short they treated him as a child. I'm just a friend of that trainer who shares his doubts and dissapointments on me so in this matter I may be able to help rip off that company.
