EMC Mortgage Corporation Billed for insurance when I already had insurance, harrasing the 1st day of the month for payment when the payment was not even late Irving Texas
They claim that I did not have home owners insurance and acquired insurance for me when I (and my insurance agent) had submitted proof numerous times. They threaten to not take my payment, and I have to submit proof of insurance every month because they can't keep their records straight. They harrass for payments every month before the payment is even late. Customer Service is terrible, unprofessional, bureacratic, inpersonal, and rude.
