EMC Mortgage Corporation ripoff SCAM FROM THE PRESIDENT'S HOME STATE! The President needs to have EMC investigated. Irving Texas
March 1999, received a home equity loan from UC Lending, Parkersburg, WV. April 1999, UC Lending filed bankrupt and EMC Mortgage would be servicing our loan. That's when everything fell apart.
Instead of 8.5% and 15 years, EMC was 9.9% plus 30 years.
Been fighting, calling EMC, Attorney Generals in WV & Texas, writing letters and trying to refinance for the past 3 years.
EMC's Rip-Off continues from changing the loan, to not posting the payments on time, harrasing phone calls, foreclosure threats, to sending my checks of payment back stating: The funds do not fully reinstate the loan, on a form letter that has been X'd for what ever reason they want to use.
When I go somewhere else to refinance, EMC has on our credit report that we are 12 months behind and foreclosure. I don't think so, since I made copies of all my checks, letters I sent them and they returned. I fell for their so call forebearance agreement by sending 3366.00, per western union and an extra 100.00 a month on payments for the past year and now they want 3300.00 up front and still pay the extra 100.00 per month.
The President needs to have EMC investigated and make good everything they, EMC, have done scamming the hard working people trying to make an honest living and paying their bills.

You need to sit down and write everything down and attach all your documents to it and then file a complaint with the FBI. Once the FBI has completed its investigation you then need to file suit with the state superior court against EMC mortgage and make sure you are put on fast track so that your case dose not go pass one year. You can read my articles posted at msfraud.org, it has important information that can help you in your fight against EMC.
Good Luck,
