I do not know how I ended up with this lender except that Countrywide sold my note. From that point on it has been HELL ever since. They had autodraft and still said they charged me $700.00 in late fees every month saying they did not recieve payment which I would have to call in a confirmation # telling them that they drafted it out how can it be late.

They would say we will take that off.....Right...They even tried to take more than the draft and said it was an error to which I also was charged. They have continually raised payments never sending billing even when requested to do so ,oh yes they sent me 2 that I know of 1 Saying I owed 97,000 for the house and now they say i owe 130,000......

Where all my payment went LORD only knows. Oh yes fees fees fees. SO I TRIED TO REFINACE WITH AMERIQuest and they would not send them correct papers then noting that Ameriquest was not sending them the correct SS# when all along they have not had my correct SS# for 2 years even with me telling them about it 100 times since we got these crooks. Now I am in the process of hiring Lawyer for bankruptcy...Thanks EMC you will get yours later

Hello Charles,

I know what you are going through. EMC is the worst. My mortage was bought by EMC and they have failed to record payments that I made and I have sent them proof from my bank that the payments were made. I have been trying to refinance and I am waiting for a closing date that should have happen over 30 days ago, but because EMC fails to get the payoff to the new lender, this is holding up my closing. I have made numerous calls trying to find out what is going on and I get a different person every time. They claim that their techology is not up to date. This is unacceptable. If they are understaffed they should stop buying loans.
