EMC Multisystems ripoff no way to replace dead monitor less than 1 yr old
I bought a new computer system at Circuit City in April of 2001. Last week my monitor started acting up and is now completely dead. I contacted Circuit City and they claim they NEVER HEARD OF THE COMPANY and NEVER CARRIED THIS PRODUCT. I have no way to contact EMC now. Every reference I have found on the web is no longer valid. The web sites no longer exist and there are no phone numbers to call. I can't say much for my confidence in Circuit City right now either. I am now stuck with a useless monitor and cannot find any way to get it repaired or replaced.

Sorry to see you are troubled. I've had an EMC
19" monitor now for 4 years. It's been a solid performer, was dirt, and has as good a resolution quality as the 19" Sony sitting next to it.
EMC Multisystems is now PROVIEW.
Proview's website

Good luck my friend . . .
