Complaint Review: GATEWAY

I am writing regarding EMCC, owner of Gateway accounts. I had purchased on credit a Gateway computer back in 2000. Currently I have paid this company over $1400 dollars total.

Everytime I make a payment, I get a new statement with at least $25 dollar interest charge and always. I mean every single month there's a late fee for $29 dollars. This adds up real fast. I show on my statements that I have paid in a total of three years to Gateway $65.00 total. I've called and asked when statements are sent out and rudeness only eludes this establishment (if that's what you call it) the reps are idiots! All they're interested in is getting your name from ya to look up information.

Well, I refuse to give them this information. When I call with questions - I want answers! They think they have all the answers but they're not the answers I will accept! As far as I am concerned I have paid for this computer and I am not paying anymore to them. Credit or no credit - they can kiss this lucrative account Bye, Bye!

I've had it. Oh and I forgot to tell ya 28.99% interest. What was I thinking? Oh, I thought I would pay it and I did pay over the amount to get it paid down (so I thought) They are criminals! I am not paying anymore for this computer! I've already paid over $1,400.00 for a $1,200.00 computer. Thanks for listening - email me if ya have the same problem.
