EMed Jamaica/Duane Boise Boise used the identity of Dr. Garth George Used a network of websites designed to look like the official sites of hospital and clinics, to snag patients into using them Montego Bay Saint James
the following websites that contain misleading and false information:
emed Jamaica.com
Originally, I was referred to the website cornwallregionalhospital.com by a doctor practicing at that hospital to arrange an emergency air ambulance to transport my brother to a Florida hospital. in Fact, that site is not officially associated with that hospital, and I now believe the site was designed by Duane Boise as an advertisement for EMed Jamaica to snag unsuspecting patients to a website that appears to be a legitimate air ambulance service. Accessing that site led to the death of my brother, David Thompson in Jamaica on April 26, 2016.
On April 24, 2016, my brother was admitted to Cornwall Regional Hospital in Montego Bay, Jamaica. On April 25, 2016, a doctor from that hospital told me to access the website of Cornwall Regional Hospital to locate the phone number I needed to call to arrange an emergency air ambulance to transport my brother to Florida for treatment than could not be performed there. Assuming it was a legitimate site with connections to the actual medical facility, I called the phone number on the site and was connected to Dr. Garth George. He told me he was as an emergency room specialist with over 20 years experience in saving lives of Americans who suffered medical emergencies in the Caribbean, and that he could provide an immediate air rescue. He agreed to go to my brother’s bedside to assess his situation, determined he was in stable enough condition to fly and agreed to transport him.
He told me he had to receive the $17,000 payment before he could proceed. Dr. George provided me with his personal phone number: 18005867863 as well as his email address: emedevac@gmail.com to correspond with him. I was instructed to text him photos of both sides of my ID and credit cards immediately as we were dealing with an emergency and time was a factor. Shortly after I sent the texts, he called to confirm the transaction had gone through and assured me, “Don’t worry. In 20 years of doing this, I have never lost a patient once I took control of their care.”
However, nine long and agonizing hours passed, with multiple calls to Dr. George, inquiring about the delay, begging for him to hurry, listening his many excuses about what was taking so long. and unfortunately my brother died before reaching the airport.
While I sat waiting for confirmation that my brother had arrived in Florida, assuming that the plane had finally departed, Dr. George went to bed without bothering to let me know my brother was dead.
After his death, I contacted EMed Jamaica to request a refund since the transport failed and no plane ever departed. I have been unable to confirm whether a plane ever existed. When Dr. George emailed me that I was not entitled to any refund, it prompted my further investigation into EMed Jamaica, and him personally. What I ultimately discovered was shocking.
Google searches for air ambulance services in Jamaica, doctors in Jamaica, medical services Jamaica, clinics Montego Bay, and many other combinations of search words all led me to the websites I listed above.
I noticed that many of the sites had a common design look and all used a combination of the same phone numbers to contact for services:
876-275-1999, 876-312-1119, 876-809-1119, 561-627-945
Although cornwallregionalhospital.com appears to be the official website of the hospital actually it is just an elaborate advertisement for EMed Jamaica. The site of emedjamaica.com also looks legitimate, but contains content I have determined to be false and totally misleading.
A google search of Dr. Garth George revealed that he is black, and a gastroenterologist from Tampa. This confused me because I was aware the person representing EMed Jamaica was a white man. He had made a point of telling me, “You are so lucky you contacted me because when I walked up to your brother’s bedside, he grabbed my hand and didn’t want to let go because I am the only other white face in the place.”
So I contacted Dr. George, who assured me he was not in Montego Bay on April 25 or 26th and his only association with EMed Jamaica is that he once met Duane Boise, around the year 2000, when he was a a resident in Grenada, and he attended a meeting with Boise who, at that time, was attempting to set up an air ambulance service in Grenada.
The only white personnel I could locate with any association with EMed, was Duane Boise, the Owner/President of EMed Jamaica. I then texted his photo to my brother’s friend who was with him in the hospital and he confirmed it was a picture of, “The white ambulance doctor”.
At that point I ran an internet background check of Duane Boise and found out Boise is a felon, convicted of the Criminal Use of Another’s ID, and had been in jail in Lee County, Florida for 6 months for Probation Violation until approximately March 16, 2016, just weeks before my brother died.
My research has determined that many of the claims Boise has on these websites are either false or misleading:
A Whois search on godaddy.com reveals that all these sites are registered the same. GoDaddy. They informed me that the web content is housed at profitbricks@pax8.com and suggested I contact them regarding getting the content removed. ProfitBricks advised me that they could not remove contact or pull the plus in an IP Address without government intervention or a court order, and suggested I contact an attorney
Note that the following registration information is the same on all sites.
Registrant Name: William Worrall
Registrant Organization: Emergency Medical Services International
Registrant Phone: 18005867863
Registrant Email: emedevac@gmail.com
**Note the phone number and email address match the contact information given to me by Garth George (Duane Boise). I have been unable to locate William Worrall and suspect it may be a fictitious name.
I have filed complaints with the U.S. State Department, the Embassy, the FBI, the Secret Service, the Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Customs an Immigration National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center, Sen. Tammy Baldwin’s Office, the Jamaican Fraud Squad, the Jamaican Health Ministry, and taken legal action in Jamaica, however, those sites are still up and running, posing a threat to every desperate family attempting to save the life of their loved one while in Jamaica.
Every person I have contacted has expressed empathy and agrees that something illegal transpired, but no one has been able to assist me in stopping the person I hold responsible for my brother’s death.

Fake news, the EMED Jamaica team has saved hundreds of life’s over the past 10 years , some even free of cost( when the Emed team sees a road traffic accident it doesn’t hesitate to lend a helping hand and that’s a fact! ) Take a look: accesswire.com/496062/EMEDs-CEO-Duane-Boise-Provides-Mission-Critical-Success m.youtube.com/watch?v=HwdruhgxfT8 Laura am sorry for your lost and I don’t think your brother would be proud of your actions . I think you’re still grieving and as such this is turning you into a negative blogger that may need serious physiological help.
