JOHN HARB and HIS ENTIRE FAMILY ARE CROOKS, I REPEAT, CROOKS. DO NOT GO THERE! They are running a "photo mill" under the disguse of an agency. I am a smart woman, and should have listened to my gut feelings about this guy, John Harb. He loves himself, and stealing people's money is his profession. They require you to purchase the crappy photos he takes in order for them to represent you. Firstly, no reputable agency requires in-house photos --I'm certain this place makes most of their money off the $600+ they scam you into buying before you have a chance to get out the door. Legit agencies will give you a list of top photgraphers and should not require one photographer. In fact, legally in Washington State, they are not allowed to charge upfront fees, or registration fees (he says they don't)-- and under the veil of buying their 'required' photos, that's exactly what it is. Fairly certain he's doing something illegal. Total bait and switch, tag-team with his sleazy brother. The guy is a slob and a sleaze and is dumb as a stump. They both look like gangsters. Well, they are. ... Also, their airhead, slutty- looking teenage receptionist is, well, just as dumb as they are, and has no phone ettiquette -- she must have been trained by John Harb. Every time you call, you get no direct answer, you're rushed or hung up on. Initially, I just went in to check the place out, and left with a terrible feeling that I'd just been swindled. After several emails and calls, and never getting an honest answer or justification for charging so much for unprofessional pictures, unprofessional service, I went in to the office and fired him and demanded my money back. I was promised a call back from his wife Pauline, between 2 -4 who is the accountant (they keep the crimes in the family), and have not heard from her. Not surprised. The BBB says 'agencies themselves do not produce portfolios in-house'. And that's what they do. As soon s you walk in the door, they bombard you with BS.
