Hello I am contacting you aboutt an issue that has been going on for 9 months. When I moved into my apartment the neighbor below me had his TV blairing loud enough to hear it from the truck. He walks out with no shirt on and asks if we are going to be moving upstairs. Everyday after we've had issues all night with his TV. I've contacted the apartment many times. Starting because i heard him call me a B**** walking in the door one day. Everytime I call the apartment refuses to do anything. They can't tell me anything and they haven't done anything. I am contacting you because I am pregnant and already have issues sleeping. I have been more than patient with my property manager and he refuses to help me.
