Typical work at home scam, company claims to be a authorized credit card processing business, when in fact all it is,is a company that offers a business for $150.00-$499.00 then to call a week later from a (coach)reloader that wants to sell unique leads for up to $50k or more, company thinks its above the law. as of march 1st 2012 it is illegal in the state of arizona to sell this type of home business opportunity. Dont fall for this bait and switch, you will not make any money, only spend money!!The owner Brian Mckee also has a reputation of not paying his employees, while bragging about how large his bank account is!There are several complaints filed with the Arizona attorney general office,so its just a matter of time before this company is shut down for good!!

EMERCHANT MIDDLEMAN SCAM - I GOT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

#12Consumer Comment

Sun, January 06, 2013

I did hire CR Consumer Resources to help me and I have recovered over 12k because they helped me with another company too. Emerchant Middleman got me for over $10,000 and another company Big Action Media got me for another $2,000. I didn't get anything that they sold me. . I knew I needed some help getting my money back and saw this post,  so I called CR Consumer Resources a month ago and just today, I got back every single dime I paid to those crooks. It was fast and I am so happy. I never thought I'd see that money again. Call them for help if you haven't gotten your money back. They will help you.  888.563.5558

I'm really starting to feel sorry for you, your sinking lower and lower as these rebuttals go on! You still have not answered the question of what the name of your "firm" is you also you won't say whether or not you charge an up front fee and most importantly you wont even put your name on here , not really exuding confidence are you! You've reduced yourself to name calling come on guy grow up. No one is gonna ever hire you to get there money back for them you've proven your lack of professionalism by the way you represented yourself on this site.

No legitimate advocacy group would advertise there "firm" on a forum by bashing another company. So either give up on this rediculous scherade or come out and be honest with the people! Man up and post the name of the firm you work for give the consumers a contact name to go with your 800 number and give the people an honest answer about how much your services cost and whether or not you charge an up front fee? The fact is when you refused to answer those simple questions anyone that was considering calling decided not to.

Your just a scammer trying to play the good guy! what you did with that conversation is a typical sales trick of redirection. You took the focus away from the question you don't want to answer and put the attention back on me. I was an employee of the company a long time ago and have no control over people getting there money back! I'm sure people reading these articles can see you for what you are and the fact that you won't answer that question tells me yes you are asking for an up front fee and no you are not trust worthy. If you feel like Emm has done you wrong you should contact them and ask them if you can just get your money back and if that doesn't work you just go to the attorney general http://www.azag.gov. If anyone can get you your money back its the a.g.'s office and they wont charge you a dime.

You're a fine one to ask questions after you admit to working for scammers, hurting people in this economy, people who are looking for supplemental income, seniors living on fixed incomes, mothers struggling to make ends meet and provide a better future for their children.. or disabled people who are now stuck with high credit card payments and cannot work to pay it off. Do you scammers understand what you do to peoples lives? How badly you hurt them? I hear stories everyday about how they cannot buy food or are getting their utilites turned off b/c of scams like this. I wonder if people like you have a conscious. If you do, why dont YOU help this consumer get their money back? If you do that, there is no need for me and that would make me happy to see them get their money back by YOU helping them  for FREE since you took their money in the first place. Now that would be a wonderful thing to see, so I ask you to do the right thing and help them at no charge!

I help people, not hurt them. Change your ways and do the same!

just a few simple questions

Ok then. I have just a simple question that i'm sure is on everyones mind. How much do you charge to help a client get there money back? I'm sure there wouldn't be an up front fee if you as you say "just trying to help people get there money back" you wouldn't ask for any kind of payment until you've actually recovered some or all of the clients money? Also what is the name of your company and how do people know you arent one of those other companies?

We do not make telemarketing calls. We fight for our clients and we do not sell business recovery kits. I believe you have us confused with another service that has been in trouble with the FTC and that is NOT us! We are a reputable firm that advocates and work hard for our clients.

Beware of these advocacy groups. I am an ex employee of emm and have first hand knowledge that the advocacy group listed here above bought emm's stolen database and called emm's clients and defrauded them for thousands of dollars. Anyone that calls you out of the blue or without you initiating the call is almost surely bad news. These people will gain your trust by not asking you for any money on there initial phone call then the next person you talk to will most definately want a credit card number. Best rule to live by is dont give you credit card number to anyone over the phone!

I also signed up with EMerchant Middleman and todate which is about one month ago they no longer answer any emails sent to my alleged trainer.  Especially when you ask questions about what they tell you in training, but when you try to initiate what they say, you can't.  I've have about 4 emails requesting further information and guidance to no avail.

Oh, they tell you everything you want to hear in the begining, but once they have your money, they do not respond.  Your a forgotten item.  They state they only have one phone line, one, no one ever answers.  You can only leave a message and await a response.  Which of course doesn't happen.

I've sent them some leads via email, as the web site they promised wasn't up yet.  When it did come up, I wasn't even told it was active.  I had to call and question them and they stated it had been up for two weeks.  When it was up, as per their instructions, if you get an interested owner you are to put the info on your web site and send it to them, and they will respond to that person within 1 to 2 days.  That never happened to any of the lead I sent them, and a couple of them were business owners I know very well,  They are friends of mine.  Not one was contacted.

What the other gentleman stated is TRUE!   All they are looking for is BIG MONEY.  They tell you to make fast money you need to spend $9,000 dollars and you will receive approximately 21 accounts of which they will take 50% of your profits.  I'm glad I didn't fall for that one.  Stay away from EMERCHANT MIDDLEMAN - You have no control over what you submit, cannot get anwers to hard questions or assistance when needed.  They simply take your money ane run..

This was obviously written by an untrustworthy exiled employee. EMM has a good standing with a consumer protection agency and also the state of Az. It is not a scam, there are agents making legitimate money with this company.
