The annual APR is 29.99% for the account which is closed for 2yrs as of today. I've been requesting them for a meaningful statement for the past 6-8 months. They give some vague reasons saying that the post office has returned my mail & that I need to get a mailbox. I double checked with the post office and nothing of that kind ever happened. SO THEY ARE LYING TO ME. The 800 number provided by the company is obsolete.
Is there anyone listening to my plight??
