The poorest example of customer service I've come across in all my years. Their website gives no information on your account, except to let you pay the bill at a fee of $4.95. Calling their number is equally as frustrating, call center in India and very difficult to understand the CSR.

I called today to close my account because Im so sick of the 'should be illegal' interest rate Im being charged and instead of closing the account I got a bit long narrative about why it would be so good to have this card. Imagine!! I can rent a car with it!! Wow. Be still my beating heart.

I'm getting no where with these people. It was so nice when the card belonged to Fleet and then FNANB. Now, its just a nuisance.
