After recieving my Nov statement which shows the annual fee I noticed I did not recieve my new credit card which expired in Oct,2003.I called the payment processing number and was told I was current and still had over 800.00 available credit.

I then pressed the number to report that I have not recieved my new card.After answering all the security questions I told the mean women that I was now on disability and did not have a work number at this time.After hearing that she told me that I would not be recieving a new card but my account was still active so I would have to pay the annual fee in addition to my monthly payment.So I asked her you mean I have to pay you 59.00 for the privlege of not having a new card.

Yes can I help you with anything else and then hung up.I feel that once I told her I was on disability and not working and even though my wife is working and my payments have been made in a timley matter that she decided I would not get a new card.Bottom line I feel EMERGE is discriminating me due to my disability.
