Complaint Review: Emerge MasterCard

Ever since i lost my job Emerge has been calling me and wanting me to pay a balace of over 300.00 that i dont owe. I paid off my balance and never activatied the new card. The bill is for late charges finace fees and membership fees. So this isnt something that i have charged on the account.

One day they called me 7 times. I have asked them to fax me proof that this is what i owe and they said that they would call me back to get the number and make sure that the fax was on. they never did that. but they still call me to try and get payment. i have paid over 100.00 so far just to get them to quit calling. and now they say i still owe them almost 300.00.
