I recived a copy of my credit report about two weeks ago on it a found Emerge credit card services. I then contacted the company and explained to them that I did not open this account using my personal information. I was told that I would be sent a fraud package to fill out and that I should send it back a.s.a.p. so that could being there investagation. A few days later my bank accounts were frozen.

when I contacted them they told me that my accounts would not be released until there investagation was complete. My accounts are in my sons
name for his SSI disability benfits, but just because my name is on the account they froze the money.

How can something like this happen...? I need this money to survive.No one can give me a postive explanation about this matter. I contacted Emerge and there lawyers. I don't know where else to turn.
