Mr. Ellis is also attempting to sell her music and song without her permission. He scams artists to send them there music and then he sell their music online and NEVER pays the artist. Emerged HD, Emerged Music, Emerged Records and Chislom Harvest Songs are a SCAM. Darrell Ellis cons artists to send him their music promising them exposure and fame. He then markets their name and music to online sales and NEVER pays proceeds to the ARTIST.
He has been illegally promoting Gail Kreason, her image, music and sales of her songs without out permission and without contract. He has been told to cease and desist, but he just ignores the emails and letters. He will not publish a working email or address so he cannot be found by the FBI. When we locate his physical address we will file a lawsuit against him and request his arrest by the FBI for Internet theft.
