I paid approximately $1500 (or more) to Emergency Debt Relief in a approximately two year period. They deducted a negotiation fee of $69 from my account with their bank each month.

I recieved offers from my creditors on a regular basis for 50% of what I owed. I fail to see where EDR did any negotiations. EDR paid only one bill for $326.24 (original debt was $300 then penalties were added).

Growing tired of paying for nothing,(I could have been paying this money to the creditors) I put a stop to the automatic withdrawels from my personal account. EDR promptly took (stole) $1200 from my account with there bank without notice.

I know of several individuals that EDR has taken money from and failed to pay any creditors, and then not given their money back, supposedly for fees owed, but EDR had done nothing. They have continually ripped off the public with their scheme, and they and other supposed debt pay-ff businesses should be put out of business by the government agencies involved.
