Emergency Ice Doesn't provide service promised, customer service and manager ZERO help Dallas Texas
I have called this company several times to complain about deliveries not being made after a service request has been made via email AND call. I have been lied to by the ladies at the front desk (told deliveries were on the schedule but they never showed up) and I have spoken to the manager twice about it- all to no avail.
The manager was rude, WOULD NOT LISTEN, and hung up on me. After dealing with their lies, no deliveries when requested, and lack of customer service, that was the final straw- switching companies today.
