I recieved a referal to emergency interiors for furniture.  I ordered the furniture before the christmas holidays.  I was told that my delivery would be made 3 weeks before christmas.  I am expecting family and friends to my new residence.  I contacted them just about every other day to confirm my delivery of furniture.  When I did get an answer, I was told that we're not in the office or I will call you back.

I was called back once out of the three weeks of waiting. I was told the furniture would be there on Monday of that week, knowing good and well they were closed.  Then I was told on that Friday that my delivery would be made, and bad weather came so I over looked that and was given another date, which was another monday. Just put it this way here it is just about to be a new year and I have not recieved my order yet.

If you are going to be in business, you need to be truthful with your customers and keep your word.  Afterall this furniture is not totally free.  The customers do have to pay even if it is one dollar, be truthful and follow up with your customers. do not avoid their calls.
