Service was unfair and prices for CPR classes were unreasonable comapared to the fees they are charging at the American Heart Association.

Customer service was poor and did not take into consideration that there was a pregant woman performing the skills.

I decided not to perform the skills and they still charged the $45.00. Tthere should be a policy where if the person did not take the skills test they should be giving the money back to the customers.

The "no remediation rule" should be taken off because there is too much money to be spent for the service that they are offering when they are not even giving the satisfaction that the customers need.

How were you ripped off?

I don't understand how you were ripped off. You paid money for training and received the training. If you chose not to do the skills, that was YOUR choice.

If you are happier with AHA, then test with them next time.
