Complaint Review: Emergencymagick.com

On January 5,2005 I ordered a custom love spell based upon the ad at the website:emergencymagick.com. Results in 1 to 10days!

The ad states why listen frauds or charlatans who will try to trick you. I had broken up with my boyfriend two years ago, because he was doing things I could approve of. Regardless, this spell did not work as my ex just got married. I was continually told by emergencymagick emails from erik, and others that there was a miss up on communication with their staff that is why there was no result in 10 days.

Then...i was told they were out of town...and would start work on it. Then..i was told sometimes their spells do not work. Well, that is not what they state on their website! They get results in 1 to 10days! However, I request my $199 back from paypal. When, i filed a complaint with paypal...I finally got a quick response from ivan miller...he said cancel the complaint and he would refund my money immediately.

Well...i canceled the complaint and did not hear anything. Findly after an email from erik with emergency magic...he stated he did not know why ivan only refunded $40...but he would refund the rest of the money $159 and it should post to my paypal account in a few days. This is February 23, 2006...and paypal tells me to contact authorities.

Regardless...I just wanted my refund for something I did not get.debby elwood
