Complaint Review: Emeritus at Vickery Towers

 I agree with the first complaint. This community DOES not support the Emeritus Brand Promise "Our Family is Committed to Yours" Melissa Frazier is finally gone, as head of this organization. She never resolved any issues or family complaints- instead swept them under the rug and went on 3-4 hour lunch breaks. She was allowed to GET AWAY with whatever she was allowed to do including fraudulant financial reporting.

If you arent one of her puppets, like Jenaette Juett- still the "town Wh*re", having an affair with the maintencne man, now the dining service director...Wayne McClellan (what does he do???)...or a few other minions...than you are treated like you dont exist, unless coropate is in the building then what a "big happy family"- BIG JOKE. She also doesnt make $85000 but $110,000!!! I saw a paystub... We have giant rats in our building and our memory care residents are treated like refugees BUT the 1st floor and lobbies are beuatiful- not too mention the managers offices, who constantly get repainted and redecorated. GOOD RIDDANCE!

There are so many good staff here but are just tired of getting beaten down, not being appreciated, or watching others not being held accountable for not doing their own jobs. What a mess...DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE!!!

I know staff who sleep in vacant apartments, leave during their shifts, and argue in front of the people who live here. I only stay because I am afraid for the people who still live here. I love them. I have reported to higher ups but nothing is ever done and Melissa got a promotion.

I hope sonmeone new will come in, clean house, get rid of the RATS, including the rodents...
