Complaint Review: Emerson Financial Group

I applied for a consolidation loan on-line. Somehow my application reached an individual who indicated his name was Scott Tillman from Emerson Financial Group. He left a message on my voice message, Congratulations, you have been approved for a $10, 000 consolidation loan. Of course, the banking industry looked at your credit score and would not approve the loan. However, this loan was approved by private investors who looked at other factors such as longevities on the job.
Per our earlier telephone conversation, attached for your review and agreement is a commitment letter, loan agreement and disbursement form confirming the credit facilities available to you.

I view the web site: www.emersonfinacial.net . It was professionally set up. Very deceiving!!! Of course, this loan was at 6 per cent for $192.99 per month and I would not owe another payment until December 1, 2008. However, the loan was with a stipulation that I wire $960.00 plus 14.16 fees up front to: Jen Sutton, Canada.
