In short, I was ripped off too! I think we all needed to get together and discuss what can be done about this. I figure if the authorities see exactly how many people were taken advantage of them maybe we have a chance at putting a stop to this. I'm trying to get past the money issues....I just want to see them pay for what they have done. I want justice.

So sorry that this happened to you too! I have reported Emerson to numberous places and I to know that I will not be seeing the money again however, not only would I like them to pay for what they did, I would like to see that Atlanta Guy Fry for his less than sympathetic statements towards us "fools". He/She is probably the one behind all this mess and I hope that maybe someone out there knows who this PERFECT Atlanta Guy is and gets IT adapted to a life outside of his internet rampage. Please whoever you are, leave us alone we don't need your rude remarks at this time in our lives.

They'll never pay. They are in a foreign country, out of reach of US law enforcement. You really need to do your research before making silly posts like this. Of course, that's partly the reason you were scammed so easily. WISE UP !
