I purchased/paid for jewelry from auctionriot.com, EMH Group LLC,
09/27/04--

The jewelry has never been sent. The phone number accompanying the charge was
"not in service" and the USPS tracking number I was given indicates that the
package has not yet reached the post office (I suspect at this point it will
not)

ADDITIONALLY: This company uses a "bot" program on auctionriot to raise the bid on bidders who have not bid sufficient amounts. Be wary of *who* is outbidding
you. If "her" name is dazzlingdiamonds, beware, she is not a bidder, but a bot program worked into the auction format, or she is an employee who follows bidder actions and raises the bids, and not an actual bidder. My guess is dazzlingdiamonds will disappear from the community once this is posted.

I have filed for a chargeback from VISA

Filed a complaint with the BBB in New York

Filed a complaint for mail fraud with the USPS

Filed a complaint with the IFCC

Beware of these people. Some will get their jewelry, some will get nothing at all, some will get the wrong jewelry. I am encouraging personal friends of mine
who have also been taken advantage of by this company to follow suit.

This was the first "auction" win I have had on this site.

The company EMH or auctionriot, red-flagged my account in some way when I complained about non-receipt of my items. I had won additional items and I was being sent automated emails DAILY reminding me to make payment on the additional items, until I replied and told them I would NOT pay for anything else until I had received my fist shipment, as I had found complaints about the company on the internet and I questioned their legitimacy.

Immediately, those automated emails ceased to appear in my inbox. I received an email which directed me to check the "above link" and there was NO link in the email to click on to check the status of my shipment. The CSR's name was Mindi.

My most recent email, sent Friday October 15th, is as of yet, unanswered.

I have not included my order number in this post, for the simple reason that I do not trust these people any further than I can spit. I do not, however, wish for this omission of information to void the validity of my complaint in any way, and if they wish to reply to me, with a working number where a breathing human can be reached, I would be more than happy to complain in person to someone.

Sometimes you mess with the wrong person, and I am one of those few who will go to the very ends of the earth and back to prove a point and make it known that I won't be taken advantage of.
