Long story but Emil brought his truck in for work-he was out of town a lot-He okd work and price and said he wouild pick up on Fri before Christmas 2011-The truck disappeared from our lot -we called Emil and he said what are we going to do about it,he did not take it or knows why it would be missing-filed police report to claim on insurance-Police tried to contact Mr Roell on site for more info;no answer-when vin was entered in system by police it came back as a repo! Since;Mr Roel has avoided paying us,the car lot,and the repo yard -truck was sold at auction.We could not file lien in time because we trusted Mr Roell would respond and do the right thing..He said his ex military marine with a honor code.. So we filed small claims against Mr Roell, which he did not answer to either-Orange County FL case #2012-SC-000314-0..A judgement lien is also filed with the State of FL-J120000402985. As of Oct 2012 this is now in the court for contempt charges wating to be signed.This is still unresolved and I will update any changes....Do Not Trust This Person.

AUGUST 2013 - I would like to thank Rip Off Reports for the help in giving the consumer a place to expose problems for free -Other sites told me it was a lost case and to NOT go on the principle of being done wrongly; wont work and give it up- -The exposure you gave me help bring this person to Finally appear in court and be forced to settle this as it was making his life hard to move on -No Lawyers or collection agencies,just good old fashioned work and public display got my Debt settled to My satisfaction with Interest !!!
