Emilio Ojeda aka Emilio Ojeda-Centeno is a crooked Electrician born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. DO NOT hire Ojeda you may be defrauded because Ojeda is a conman supreme, a liar and a prevaricator.    

Ojeda goes around professing to be a Christian. Do not fall for Ojeda’s hypocritical Christianity; Ojeda is not a Christian, he is nothing but a false prophet and an evil doer. If you chose to hire Ojeda, make sure you get Ojeda’s Social Security Number (SSN) or Employee Identification Number (EIN).  YOU NEED TO CONSULT A LAWYER!  You may end up with your name forged on any document to try to steal your property with the help of his daughter Marielena Ojeda aka Marielena McPherson and her husband Brian McPherson who works as a translator for Immigration Court in Boston and her husband Brian who works at SUFFOLK Construction Company also in Boston.  These three people are cheats and you will never be safe with them. 

With Ojeda you are never going to be safe because Ojeda; Marielena and Brian McPherson will probably fabricate some sort of a fraudulent “Labor Contract” to put a Mechanic’s Lien on your property and then hire an attorney by the name of Christopher A. Carbone to take the property from you.  You MUST consult with an attorney before you do business with Emilio Ojeda.  In fact you will be safer NOT doing any business with Emilio Ojeda.  

And if you already paid or intend to pay Ojeda any money you MUST report it to the IRS, the MA-DOR and the Social Security Administration or you will be in trouble for not reporting Ojeda.  You must also file a 1099 on Ojeda at the end of the year. 

Most importantly DO NOT EVER do business with Ojeda without a written contract or he will try to take your property  with the help of Marielena McPherson and her husband Brian McPherson using a crooked attorney by the name of Christopher A. Carbone from Medford, MA. 

Emilio Ojeda has been sued by Divexco Corporation in the case title Divexco Corporation v. Emilio Ojeda and Emilio Ojeda Electrical Services, in the Worcester County District Court, City of Worcester; Case No: 1362SC2751, filed on September 09, 2013. 

The lawsuit charges Emilio Ojeda with:  Forgery, Fraud; Collusion; Conspiracy; Intentional Harm; Loss of Rental Income; Malice; Interference with Economic Advantage; Libel and Slander; Refusal to Provide SSN, TIN and/or EIN in Violation of Ch. 142A Section 2(a)(1)(2) of the HIC of MA; Failure to carry Liability Insurance; Negligence; Failure to maintain a one-to-one journeyman-to-helper ratio from 05/14/2013 through 09/04/2013 by supervising, directing, and controlling three (3) men as apprentice/helper named, Miguel Santiago, Jose Baez installing wires, conduits, apparatus, devices, fixtures, and other appliances at 15 Russell St, Worcester, MA. 01609 during installation in violation of 237 CMR 18.00; and violation of the MA, Electrical Code, 527 CMR 12.00, electrical permit application and notification processes in M.G.L. c. 143, § 3L and MA Electrical Code, 527 CMR 12.00.
