Do NOT rent or lease from or deal in any way with these grifters, liars and cheats.  Emily Connally and Vickie Connally make all kinds of empty promises and deals, write leases and contracts, none of it worth the air, paper or screens they're recorded on.  They breach any and all oral and written agreements before they're started.  Connally properties are overgrown with noxious weeds, fences are down, gates are immovable, ponds are stagnant, weeds are infested with bacteria, fungi, insects and rodents.  Connally buildings are filthy, cluttered, infested with mold, insects and rodents and have faulty fixtures, equipment, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.  Stated amenities such as laundry, television, cable and internet don't exist.  Living and working square footage is reduced up to half by all of the trash, junk, inoperable appliances, castoff furniture, piles of used linens, dirty and broken housewares left behind that they won't have hauled off.  All surfaces, cabinets, walls, floors are damaged, scratched and stained.  Exterior windowed doors have single handle locks unchanged despite obvious revolving-door occupants.  Emily Connally baits with the intention of your occupancy serving to oversee property improvements, then switches to all at your labor and expense.


 
Connally properties are rented or leased under terms ranging from work trade to exorbitant rental amounts, month-to-month, "as is" with no condition reports allowed.  With the bait of your managing property improvements, Emily Connally provides a list of providers and alludes to local contacts, all non-existant.  She then switches to you personally repairing and maintaining buildings and properties, including pre-existing conditions.  If you dispute this, she will claim that there were no pre-existing conditions, they could only be proved through inspections and reports from licensed professionals and it's your financial responsibility to have buildings and properties inspected, repaired and maintained -- after not having been maintained by the Connallys or previous owners or tenants either from their appearance.
 


The Connallys will direct you to establish various businesses and vendor relationships, do research, make proposals, set appointments, only for them to reschedule multiple times then cancel at the last minute or reneg entirely, every time, after you've done all the preliminary work and inconvenienced others.  So Emily Connally's fraud extends to outsiders and damages your business reputation as well.
 
Any animals (including human) on the property will be injured by nasty fungal and bacterial skin infections and venomous insect bites.  Add veterinary bills, lengthy treatments and possible death to damages incurred on Connally properties.  With the Connally buildings and grounds completely infested with grasshoppers, wolf spiders, black widows, fire ants, rats and more, your animals also are Connally victims.  Despite landlords' legal responsibility to provide pest-free environments, Emily Connally forbids any extermination, spraying or mowing due to some purported intention to "rewild" the property or maintain ecosystems.


 
If you do make improvements, Emily Connally will create some fraudulent reason to kick you out so they can multiply the rents for their next victims.  If you complain or resist, the Connallys will fire and/or evict you without cause or notice and if that doesn't work, you are accused of misconduct, dishonesty, child endangerment, whatever works, and threaten to call law enforcement to have you immediately removed and/or arrested.
 
All of the above information has been documented, photographed, videoed, recorded and all exchanges are substantiated in writing from Emily Connally and Vickie Connally (yes, Emily Connally is so stupid she puts all of her breaches of contract, fraud, slander, libel, defamation, malicious false accusations, minor and elder exploitation, in writing).  In addition to here, the Connally's unlawful actions have been reported to real estate sites, landlord sites, neighbor sites, the Federal Trade Commission, the Texas Attorney General and Fair Housing.
