Emily Schooley of Toronto Ontario swindled 24 supporters of a youcaring campaign out of $857, https://www.youcaring.com/emily-797377. She was asking for $5000 to help cover fake medical expenses.
Emily Schooley is a resident of Ontario, Canada where medical expenses are publically funded and are 100% covered by the government it is called the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). In other words, treatment is ABSOLUTELY FREE.
When Youcaring questioned Emily Schooley and asked her to produce medical records/bills to back up her claims – she never did. YOUCARING disabled the web page (not Emily) and removed it from the search engines to stop the collection of funds. She has never returned any of the money she scammed and fraudulently collected from the 24 supporters.
So, her campaign was completely and utterly fraudulent – it was all a SCAM! She NEVER had to pay any medical bills.
Emily Schooley lied about having a medical condition and collected hundreds of dollars in donations and spent the money on paying her criminal lawyer to defend her as it was the second time she was being charged with public mischief. She was arrested after she stalked someone to their workplace and then showed up and harassed them. The video footage identifying her harassing the victim. It was collected by the police, submitted as evidence and used in court. Emily agreed to an order (peace bond/restraining) which stated that she would stay away from her victim for one year. If she did then the charge would be withdrawn. If she did not it would be reinstated.
Needless, to say pretending to have a medical condition and claim that she has bills when she does not have any medical bills to pay is highly manipulative and abusive of Emily Schooley – it clearly shows the degree of contempt she very obviously has for the general public not to mention the legal system.

This Ripoff Report was originally created by Liana Kerzner of Ontario, Canada. Liana has been jealously and obsessively defaming Emily Schooley for years.
The crowdfunder in question was entirely legitimate, as EMDR therapy is not often covered by OHIP in Canada, and Emily was traumatized due to abuse. Liana is a malignant narcissist who is obsessed with destroying Emily's reputation.
There were never any court orders placed against Emily, and all of the other police and court-related garbage written about her is equally, patently false.

This RipOff Report is defamatory and is purely online harassment towards an individual.
1) There is no veracity in what the person who posted it is claiming.
2) It is targeted only toward Emily Schooley - it has nothing to do with the business tagged in this posting.
3) I challenge the person who posted this to provide proof of their claims, namely any documents from YouCaring as well as a copy of this alleged restraining order... but they will not be able to produce this, since their claims are patently false and pure defamation.

Unfortunately, Emily has been stalked and harassed by a group of individuals since 2011. Members of this group have also been physically abusive to her, have uttered threats to her, have followed and harassed her in person, have harassed her with unwanted phone calls, and have repeatedly published other defamatory content about her on the internet. These people have also repeatedly lied to the police and have attempted to cause legal trouble for her. Each time, the court has eventually seen through their fraudulent actions and have put a stop to each proceeding. Members of this group include (but are not limited to): Declan Dennehy, Tanya Szommer, Liana Kerzner, Alex Hopf, and Jennifer Maciel.
Should these individuals not want to be publicly identified for their actions, they are encouraged to self-police their actions within their own group and to stop harassing Emily Schooley.
