Complaint Review: EMMANGO ANYATONWU T/A C & E MOTORS

Did you say that Nigerian Police in those days were corrupt that was why they did not pay attention to your creepy excuse. When you and your educated illitrate, wanted to falsify documents, smuggle container out of the port without paying normal duty to Nigeria Customs, what does that say about you and your cheap doctor. You are presenting yourself as a better evil.

Did you understand what it means when you ignorantly neglect or abandon your responsibilty.

Did you know what it means to file false claim of reap-off, already you claiming you paid Emmango $4,000.00 for freight charges, while the charges were $1,300.00 x 3 = $3,900.00. Did I deliver to Nigeria? 

Can you proof other than $3,900,  plus $100.00 towing of the flooded Kia sportage., how you paid and who you paid to, all that fabricated amount of money, where is the receipt. You can not eat your cake and have it again.  If you and your gossiper were smart enough, you would have secured loan from the bank, knowing that you are financially disable to pay for the three vehicles.

If Nigerian Police was corrupt, How about DA's office and Houston Police, who investigated the matter, don't you think, you should leak your wound and learn from your mistake and grow-up.  You are not dealing with an imaginery person, or an in-personation of someone, but an international business man who, will go at any lenght to defend and protect his investment.

I warn you once again, if this nonsence continue, I will travel to Nigeria, to salvage any document related to this matter and start processing legal documents against you that lives here in Houston and your caword stupid friend who does not understand that their is different between possible and possibility. We are knowlegeable about most Nigerian pranks, we are one step ahead of any culprit, because we learned with time, the next stage will be accountability stage, I have never bothered to pay attention to this write-ups, false reports, ....... now I do, and will vigorously defend our esteemed company against slander.

  Keep defending the indefensibles, the facts still remain the same as filed originally. Emmango claims he got a judgement against the complainer from the Nigerian court and Police but failed to provide such documents! The fact is he took the advantages of the corruption in the Nigerian system then to steal our vehicle and keep our paper works of those 2 vehicles we recovered. Now he is preaching biblically more than the Pope himself, a characteristic reminiscent of religious but UnGod fearing people. Thank God Nigeria is changing , pretty soon such business as Emmango that don't abide by rules shall cease to exist. People like Emmango and his partner used the corrupt system in the country then to engage in such scrupulous business to amass questionable wealths all the detriment of unsuspected victims. Yes, this company is not the only one, there are thousands of them like Wale Odumayo of Orbitongold in Miami Florida who duped hundreds of people, thanks to Internet and forum like this, the law are also catching up with them. People be aware!!!

Ron is an accomplice of the educated illitrate that lives in London. He does not understand that Emmango got his license from state and they know that he is not guilty as accused. Emmango is a sponsor of state-trooper, neighboorhood police and operates legally in Houston, how dare you say they are looking for him? Reasonable people settles their difference, while unresonable ones run around wacking finger on the air and carying rumours that are not substantiated with reality and or evidence.

Now let me tell you why you have no case, 1. How many vehicles was delivered to Emmango for shipment? Answer 3,

2. How many did he ship to Nigeria? Answer 3. Question, How many did he steal, Answer O.  Is he a thief? No.

3. Did your friend travel to Nigeria and saw the vehicles? Yes, ......why the noise making.

4. If their was any illegal or fraudulent activity, why did'nt Nigeria police listen to his c**k and bull story.

5. You and your master propagandist are fools, ungrateful and enemy of progress.

Now I know why they want me to say something, this idiot lives in Houston and behaves as if he is in the jungle. His banner over us is love, we have proven beyound reasonable doubt that you guys are simple minded people that dwell in gossip. If this nonsense continue, I will take both of you to court and educate you the consequenses of libel and deformation of character without evidence to substanciate your noise making.

I am the owner of Emmango, I am very pleased that my business partner did respond to this disgruntled liar in 2006/8. I was persuaded by a loyal client to reply to this report which was fabricated.  We are too busy for that. The facts of this Matter as at 2006/8 is as follows:

This disgruntled individual, claims to be a medical doctor, well educated and knows how to read and write. He brought 3 vehicles and requested my service to ship it to Lagos Nigeria, signed a contract which among other requirements indicates that the payment he made was for freight charges. He paid $1,300.00 for each car, total $3,900.00. The vehicles are accidented, salvaged vehicles, 2 vehicles were operable, 1 was flooded inoperable total loss. 

We shipped the vehicles to Nigeria and informed him that vessel has sailed to prepare for the clearing at destination. This educated illitrate, called me that his manager in Lagos Nigeria works at the Port, that he want to forge documents to lower the customs charges and smuggle the container out of Nigeria-Port, we declined to go that route, insisting that he pay our clearing agent the appropriate government terminal charges and customs duty to be on the safe side.

This container carried other personal items belonging to our clients, we were a middle man in the consolidated container. Consequently, maintained that all parties must pay their charges to the designated agent representing all parties. This guy refused to pay, abandoned the container and went to London. Chief Augustine my representative and his manager in Lagos Nigeria, Paul Ohakwe and about 4 others, agreed to refer

the matter to Nigeria Police station Wesminister-Lagos, they ratified an agreement, with their names and telephone numbers, indicating financial responsibility for each client and agreed to enforce it. He flew to Nigeria, read the agreement and could not pay for his share of the cost of clearing, demurrage and agent fees., he returned to London without paying his agreed amount.

I decided and travelled to Nigeria and financed the clearing. The container was cleared, handed over to Nigeria Police, who supervised the offloading.  After offloading, he called his manager to pay for 2 vehicles that are operable and keep the Kia sportage which is inoperable untill he raise money to pick it up.  The Police and his manager and other witnesses authorized my representative to keep the vehicle untill he refund us our expenses.  We kept the vehicle for 12 Months, this disgruntled element, did not pay and pickup the vehicle.

We went back to the police to report the default, they asked us to fix the car sell it to cover our expenses.  We did, only to discover that the reason he paid for 2 and abandoned the 3rd car was that the vehicle was 100% flood, 95% accidented, infact I have to send Fuel(gas) tank to Nigeria because the tank has completely decayed. At the end, I lost 50% of the expenses. He who fight and run, must certainly fight another day.

Chief Augustine lives in Houston Texas now, Ohakwe lives in Nigeria, they will testify to this statement. Houston Police was contacted, when they investigated the matter they exonerated me, Nigerian Police would have arrested me when I visited Nigeria, if their were dubious activities, instead they thanked me for providing fund to help clear the container.

It has been a long time when this happened, because of my faithfull clients, I will travel to Nigeria, look for the contract this educated illitrate authorised his manager to sign un his behalf, and will provide phone numbers to parties to that contract.  We are now serving about 3 thousand customers all over the world. Number one Nigerian owned Shipping company, in groupage and or consolidation services in Houston.  We are here to stay, we are not going any where. We take pride in our service and understand that Nigeria was colonized by Britian, one of the best weapon inherited from them was Propaganda, character assasination, we are smarter than that. Emmango.

You are infact an idot who hides behind the computer to tell lies in order to cover  your crimes, it is people like you and your business partner Emmango who give us hard working honest Nigerians bad names, you all have soiled our name so bad when People hear you are Nigerians they smell rats. Don't worry like we say back home, everyday belongs to rogues like you but one day you shall be caught. Keep cheating people and amasing your wealths illegally in order to impress your retched people back home, however one day the law will catch up with you then you will be blaming a witchcraft your father's concubine sent to you. You are thieves, plain simple!!! 

Emmango picked the vehicles from my house in Houston, Texas, professing to be a good christian, and that he will do all he promised as stated by DR. XXXX. You Ankinka is an idiot defending a moron like Emango. State of Texas Attorney General is still looking for him. Dr. XXXX and myself intended to use the deal with Emango to start a business opportunity that will benefit Nigerian and us. But Emmango effectively buried our ambition with his greed and evil desire. He will reap his reward before he dies.

Emmango picked the vehicles from my house in Houston, Texas, professing to be a good christian, and that he will do all he promised as stated by DR. XXXX. You Ankinka is an idiot defending a moron like Emango. State of Texas Attorney General is still looking for him. Dr. XXXX and myself intended to use the deal with Emango to start a business opportunity that will benefit Nigerian and us. But Emmango effectively buried our ambition with his greed and evil desire. He will reap his reward before he dies.

As I came to realize, Dr. XXXX himself is a Nigerian, all these transactions took place in Houston and Nigeria. This is not the only complaint he has against a shipper in US you can check this site and see how he made another business man in US sucker up into writing off his debt as a bad debt.
He reported Emmango to the state of Texas and he was justified.
He reported Emmango to the Nigerian authorities and they ordered him to pay Emmango his balance, and instructed Emmango to keep one of his cars until he pays up.
Emmango obtained a judgment against him in Nigeria and he escaped and went back to London.
The containers were not cleared in time in Lagos because Dr.XXXX wanted to smuggle it out of the port complex, thereby paying his touts half of the fees. A genuine businessman does not do business like that.
Did he mention that when Emmango finally used his own money to bring out the container, that he took it to the police station in Lagos Nigeria for his own safety, where the Police told Dr. XXXX to cough up his share and he could not ? I am only interested because I own Part of C & E motors, and he is vilifying us.

As I came to realize, Dr. XXXX himself is a Nigerian, all these transactions took place in Houston and Nigeria. This is not the only complaint he has against a shipper in US you can check this site and see how he made another business man in US sucker up into writing off his debt as a bad debt.
He reported Emmango to the state of Texas and he was justified.
He reported Emmango to the Nigerian authorities and they ordered him to pay Emmango his balance, and instructed Emmango to keep one of his cars until he pays up.
Emmango obtained a judgment against him in Nigeria and he escaped and went back to London.

It is disappointing to see this complaint against Emango and consequentially, C & E Motors.
I am the C in C & E motors, so, I must respond. Doing Business with fellow countrymen sometimes brings out the animal is us. But I will appeal to you Dr. XXXX, to seek a constructive means of settling this issue.
Since the vehicle was shipped through AA Shipping, we need to contact them and see where things went wrong and how your feeling(s) might be appeased. We also have community leaders here in Houston, though I could not verify from your address where you reside(TEXAS US or TEXAS UK ).
You need to get your cars registered and C&E MOTORS need not be mis represented.
If you read this, please call Emango on his number (it still works ! ) and ask him to schedule a meeting between you and his business partner (me).
I will do my best to resolve this.
