Contacted the named person on Craigslist to find out about the vehicle for sale. The vin number that the named person supplied is a known vin number associated with other scams on Ebay as well as other craigslist adds and the description that was supplied for the vehicle was the same description that was also used to describe the vehicle scams on Ebay.

If you Google this VIN number it comes back to a few auto dealerships that are selling it . I guess thats where the scammer got it from...
