I signed up for Emmediate Credit Solutions after they deceptively talked me out of leaving Lexington Law. They told me that I would be able to eliminate my credit situations permanantly, for less money, and faster than Lexington Law. It was less money, however, they got my information incorrect on the intake process which did not enable me to access any information as to what they were doing or how they were working to help my situation as well as not being able to sign onto my website account with them.

I called the company to inform them that I could not get on their website with my account and received zero notification as to progress or reporting on my account through any email communication or phone calls. They stated to me that they must have the information wrong on my account. I then gave them the correct information. Once again, I was not able to access the website or any information pertaining to my account and what they were doing, yet they were consitantly taking sixty doallrs out of my bank account. I then stopped paying them. I removed all money from the account that they were trying to access becuase I was absolutely sure it was a scam.

I am now getting collection calls and being harrassed by a collection agency working for emmediate credit solutions that is looking for $580.00 worth of unpaid bills for their services. They NEVER provided me with a service and took nearly $400.00 of my money.

I attempted to cancel the account with Rich Victor like I was told, but he informed me that I needed to cancel with the company who I cannot get a hold of. I am VERY angry at the whole idea of this unorganized and incompetant company. They tout themselves as an organized, professional, and qualified company that is here to help you with credit issues (by the way, my issues stem from a business that was burned by convicted arsonists. An issue that is beyond my control) making me feel even more victimized, they are now ruining my credit even further. I want them to pay for what they have done and seem to be doing to more people than just myself.
