I ordered a trial of Acai Direct. It is supposed to help you lose weight. I heard the ad on the radio, so I was more inclined to trust the company and just impulsively ordered the trial, as it was only $4.95. About a week ago I called the toll free number to cancel the trial [(866)951-0371] and got a busy signal. This was a red flag for me because I've never called any toll free number and got a busy signal. I thought it was a scam and went home to find out I was right.

I couldn't find any report on here for Emmediate health, so I went to my bank statement and it says Emmediate success as the name of the company. I searched for Emmediate success and found 1 report from about one month ago 4/30/09 that is on this website. I think they are a new company and most likely part of a much larger scam syndicate that needs to be taken down. They are registered on the BBB's website, but have no rating. The company was incorporated in August 2008, and already has 3 unauthorized charge complaints on the bbb's report for them.

I have not been charged for anything more than the $4.95, yet. My trial ends on the 28th, today is the 26th. The website that is on the bottle has a link to "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy". Both of these links are dead. There is no email address and the toll free number is dead. It is also the same number that is listed on the BBB.

The websites are www.emmediatehealth.com and www.emmediate-grants.com. See for yourself. They have a very similar design. Emmediate grants is the website for Emmediate success, but it's all the same company.

I don't know what to do and I don't know how much my card is going to be charged. I think that it's more money than is even in my account right now, and I'll get overdrawn on my account, won't be able to pay my water bill and my water will get shut off, because of these scammers.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. The difference is I saw the add on the internet & read up on the different brands & independent studies done by a popular t.v. news show. I trusted them & figured they must be real.

When I realized I was unable to contact AcaipurEnergy at their web site acaigreen&gmail.com or 1-888327-2341 I tried to stop payment through my bank. They said it would have to go through & then I could file a fraud claim. In the mean time, like Brian555 in Omaha, I run on a pretty lean account. So when the $99.00 hit my checking account it had a severe chain reaction with insufficient funds fees eating up my money like cancer on liver.

I recieved the shipment in 2 packages from two suppliers. Emmediate Health. 410 E. abernace Ste A Saint George, UT 84770, the other Acaigreen.com, 1165 Silicon Way, St. George, UT 84770. I am sending them back registered mail, at MY expense, with a formal letter of cancellation. I have already launched a fraud claim with my bank & if worse comes to worse, I will close my account.

The product doesn't even do what it claims. The caplets are probably filled with a note reading something like " I can't believe we've scammed another fool"

I am so sick of low life scum sucking degenerates that spend their time trying to figure out a way to rip people off. Why don't they put their intellegence & hard efforts into a decent respectible living?

Better to be scammed than to be scum.

I am of a similar situation and I was lucky enough to have their number on my bank statement. I called the number listed on my account and they in turn gave me the customer service number, which is 1-866-652-0479. I was trying to cancel during my trail period as well, but when I called today they have apparently lost my account so they insured that I would not be charge next week for it. I a spectial at best but we will see. The new company took over emmediate success' clients on the 22nd of may according to their customer service peron lindsay.

hope this helps.
