I've purchased a couple turbos from this company and they are junk and they don't stand behind them in the least.  I had one go bad a couple months after I purchased it.  Called in and they said they'd e-mail me a shipping label to send it back so they could warranty it.  The label never came.  After making a few calls and getting the run around they just said sorry they won't do anything about it. 

I ended up buying another one because it was the quickest and cheapest option at the time to get my truck back on the road.  Ont his one I tried to dial the boost back a little, not that it was making all that much comparatively anyway, in hopes of keeping it alive.  It went out as well.  I promply e-mailed them to let them know and they said to send it in. 

I got the turbo pulled but didn't get a chance to send it in before the warranty was up.  When I e-mailed them about it their response was "you should have sent it in sooner" and they will not help.  I called to try to talk to someone on the phone and could barely understand them they had such an asion accent.  Wtih a company called E-Motor USA I would expect to be able to talk to someone who speaks plain english. 

Their turbos are junk, their customer service is non-existant and this seems to be a company mascarading as american but clearly run and opperated by asions.  You can barely understand any of them when you talk to them on the phone.
