I paid cash in advance for Tony Haven at Emperor Electronics to order me a new top of the line tv, as he said they were an Authorized Samsung Dealer; Samsung has no record of Emperor Electronics, nor are they an authorized dealer.  After two weeks of Tony promising delivery multiple times, I finally asked him to refund my money.

Tony even went so far as to try to deliver a repackaged or refurbished tv.  I called Samsung and they said I should just refuse the delivery and get a refund.  It’s obvious Tony is trying deceptive and fraudulent practices to pass a refurbished or “B” quality tv as “new” quality.

Two weeks after my refund request, still no refund.  I called Wells Fargo Bank multiple times and they have no record of Tony requesting my refund.  Tony said it was because of the bank waiting to process the claim. It’s now obvious I need to use the legal system to get a refund.
