  My Dr suggested I try Empi Active as there was no committment, if you are not happy, simply return it and there is no committment.  I tried it, they accidentally sent me 2 units, It did not work, I promptly returned both units.

approximately 2 months later, they sent the unit back to me with a note that said this is yours to keep.  I thought, wow thats nice.  

6 weeks after that they send me a bill for 800.00.  When I called to explain I did not want the item and had returned it the woman was nasty insisting it was my obligation to purchase it and just threatened to send it to collection.  

The unit did not help me, sits in box unopened and they refuse to take it back and insist I pay 800.00 for an item I previously returned.  

AWFUL Company - Dr.s do not use them.  i have already called my doctors office complaining about this service
