iI signed a contract with Empire Carpet to install carpet in 3 bedrooms. Part of the contract was for the installers to move furniture .  My husband and I each took the day off of work. We were to remove all things from the closet and disable all of the electronics which we did. The installers who showed up were very unprofessional and had a difficult time communicating in English. After about 15 minutes at our house they conveyed to usthat they did not move furniture nor did they have enough carpet. They tried to contact empires offices for about 30 minutes and no one seem to return their call. I called the 800 number and spoke with a very discourteous employee.she was unable to find someone to help us with the matter. We then asked the installers to leave. What a waste of a day! I would never recommend empire carpets. They do not deliver what they promise.
