Empire Consumer Services This is a scam Pamona, California Nationwide
I ordered a policy from this company on June 1, 2016. I have since paid them over $1,000 through monthly payments.
In January 2017, cancelled my account and requested a refund after hearng from numerous sources that this company engages in fraudulent practices. I was told by Mr. Charles Butler that I would be entitled to a partial refund that would take 3-4 weeks to process. iIt has now been 2 months.
I have written and called Empire numerous times. To date, they have 7 voicemail messages from me. I have yet to hear back from them.
